"My son is 13 months. My son has the Left Brain and Peek-A-Boo movies and he loves them. He gets so excited whenever I ask him if he wants to watch a movie. He sits through the entire 45 minutes. He loves seeing the other babies/kids and laughs when he sees them. One of his favorites is when the moms are singing to their children. He likes it when the children play peek a boo and I will even find him playing back with them. One thing I like is that it shows objects that he is familiar with and he is learning that each thing has a name, such as banana, ball, balloon, dog, chair etc. I am so happy that these movies are educational and fun for him at the same time. Brainy baby has been great and my son loves it. "

"This is the really cool thing I wanted to share. My son Josh is gaining words every week after only a few weeks of watching the ABCs video. Last Thursday Josh's speech therapist was here working with him. She was reading a book to Josh and he pointed to a letter and said "W". She decided to see what letters he knew. He correctly told her every letter except L (which is tough to say anyway). She was blown away!!! I have 6 children and NONE of them knew their letters at 2 1/2. What's even better is that he just beams when he tells me the letters!!! He's so proud of himself. It's as if he knows he can't speak as much, but he wants me to know he understands. This is TOTALLY due to him watching the video!!! Thanks!"

"We discovered our local public library carried Brainy Baby tapes, and we began checking them out, one week at a time. Drew was absolutely thrilled. We had to ‘rotate’ the tapes on a regular basis, but every time he saw a Brainy Baby tape in the stack from the library, he pulled it out and pestered us to play it immediately. He watches them over and over and over. He repeats the ABCs with the tapes and even repeats some of the words. He tries to sing along with songs. He LOVES Brainy Baby everything! (As a funny aside, we brought home a Baby Einstein once. He wanted to see it, but after he watched a couple minutes of it he got upset and brought us a Brainy Baby tape instead. He won't let us put Baby Einstein in the machine.)

"My child is 14 months and has been watching this for a few days. Now this is her absolute favorite! She laughs, dances, and repeats the many words and objects displayed throughout the show.

She has Brainy Baby Left and Right Brain, English, Art, and a few Baby Einstein DVDs, but this has truly kept her attention. Her favorite part is the underwater adventure with all the colorful fish and the silly faces the children make.

"My two year old is speech delayed and I purchased this video along with Brainy Baby ABC's. He loves it! I hear him imitating and saying the words and as a parent I am pleased to give him a break from the puppet based shows. I love puppet based shows just like he does but he doesn't miss them at all in this video. Looking forward to buying more....much better results and attention than Baby Einstein or Baby Bach. "I am very impressed with the Brainy Baby videos we have tried so far (Shapes & Colors; English; Animals). My 16-mo-old is captivated by this Shapes & Colors video and I've been amazed by all the shapes she can identify (triangle, circle, square, rectangle, oval, heart, star, crescent). I'm not saying she learned all of this from this video; she's also learning from books, puzzles and our conversations in ‘everyday life.’ But what I like most about these Brainy Baby videos -- as compared to Baby Einstein -- is that they name the objects clearly as they show them. The BE videos we have tend to show objects along with nice music (and my daughter enjoys naming the objects as she sees them), but as she is quite interested in learning names for objects right now, I like the fact that these videos name everything. If your child likes you to read word/picture books or identify every object they see, these videos will probably be a great hit."
